As a caregiver, when my daughter moved away, I felt the anxiety of losing the one who had been my helper.
Over the last seven years, my daughter has lived with us and been here to help out when needed.
Recently, she moved out of the country, leaving me with some anxiety about figuring out who can help and be my “backup plan.”
I now have to branch out and ask others for help.
